Exploding Hello Kitty toys recalled


via Engadget: "Takara is being forced to recall specific Hello Kitty dolls which featured a heatable disc that could be warmed and stuffed within the lining to keep kids toasty while resting." o.O ?????

oh wow, didn't know what I was thinking this morning. Basically the way the toy works is that you heat up the red thing, and then put it in the plushie so its warm.

But the problem is that the red thing explodes when you heat it up sometimes!
