Kami, I've always been interested in this so I though I'd ask.

1)What exactly brought you to ani-pock? (besides boredom)

2)Can I be the next contestant on the ani-pock game?

I don't recall Meta picking me...
Did he even answer my last question?
Oh well... I'll wait a bit before I start answering... More suspense that way :)

Ahhhh~ A real Jappie! *glomp* I have so many questions~! Here's the first three that come to mind:

Where in Japan do you live?

Which traditional event do you like most?

Silly question: How often to you run around in a kimono/yukata?

If Pocky will allow it I'll make up tons more questions n.n

2.)(Because I can! XD) What about the American/Canadian culture do you like the most, be it the holidays, or something else?

AND >XD

3.) Since you and I both know the love for food, what's your favorite Japanese and American dish?

Alrighty.

1. How are you?

2. Cold enough for you?

3. My friend from Japan said everyone wants to speak English with you when they know you can. So, did you actually have to talk Japanese much?

I got a question you'll like:

Why is everyone like z0mfgobsessed with Japan?

What is the best concert you have been to in Japan?

What is your favorite holiday?

Rose asks: 1)What exactly brought you to ani-pock? (besides boredom)
2)Can I be the next contestant on the ani-pock game?

1) I came looking for Nanaca Crash long ago. A friend of mine from school was playing it from another site and wanted me to translate and tell him how to get combos...
Well I found my way to PockyWorld and stuck around when it started to become more geared towards Japanese Culture... or so it said. I wanted to dispell the myth that Giant monsters and Robots rampage through Japan.

2)Umm... no.
____________
Purly asks: Where in Japan do you live?
Which traditional event do you like most?
How often to you run around in a kimono/yukata?

Right now I'm living in Toronto, Canada... long story...
But where I did live or have lived... Nagaokakyo, Kyoto (home town) Suzuka, Mie (for Uni), Shintoku, Hokkaido (for work) then back to Suzuka, Mie (lived between g/f's house and friend's house)

My favourite event would have to be the Emperor's Birthday... same day as mine... I was very sad to see no post about it.

I see people dressed up at least once a week... Some people like to bring a traditional flare to events like the first day of school, school festivals, town festivals or just going out to some place fancy.

3.) Since you and I both know the love for food, what's your favorite Japanese and American dish?

Whew! Tough questions...
1) Depending on who I am with I guess... With my Buddy Yama... we sing BackStreet Boys :P Although have the time we're dancing and making googly eyes at eachother :P
With my American "friend" I'd sing "Bryan Adams: Everything I do..." or whatever it's called...
But I usually like Fun UpBeat stuff like B'z.

2) Another tough one... Canadians (well my friends here anyways) seem to use any thing good as an excuse to drink... But I guess it's that outgoingness that I like.

3) Whew! Umm... Through out all the places I've been in the last few months... the one dish I would try to meassure was Katsu Curry... definitly one of my favourite MEAT dishes...
I'm not sure what classifies as an American dish... But I guess "Spare Ribs"?
_______________
Kip asks: 1. How are you?
2. Cold enough for you?
3. My friend from Japan said everyone wants to speak English with you when they know you can. So, did you actually have to talk Japanese much?

1. I'm ok... lazy... But good :)

2. Not very cold out... only 1 night of snow and the sun is shining strong... :(

3. I guess depending where you go?
English is/was for the rich... around $30/h for private and probably even more for the BIG places... There would be times I would be having dinner with my American "friend" and the waitress would ask if she was a teacher and ask for private lessons...
But... I'm from the country side...
People seemed more interested in finding out foreigners then trying to use English... :P

Syn asks: Why is everyone like z0mfgobsessed with Japan?

Umm... I don't know what z0mfg means but ya... Umm... that IS a good question... I want to know too! China has a longer history then Japan... but maybe it's the whole Ninja and Samurai mystery or maybe how Japan holds onto it's traditions and old ways while still being quite modern?

Best concert :( I was too young to go to 'em before hand... and when I was back I only went to one in a small pub. Bon Temps Roule... nice Jazzy stuff and very Happy and Upbeat... Even their CD sounds just as fun as watching them live.

Favourite Holiday: Emperor's Birthday... My Birthday... even though I usually spend that day on my own and end up being quite sad... It's still my favourite. :(

Sefi asks: Would you ever consider dying your hair purple?

Well Sefi... long ago I actually HAD some purple in my hair.
I think I was around 17 and just got a hair cut... I hated how people used to copy my hair...
I'd grow it long... others started the same... I'd cut it and off went everyone elses ponytails... BaH!
So I wanted something different... So right over my left eye, I had a small braid and it was dyed purple.

Other colours I considered before was a nice big streak of white when my hair was long... Skunks are actually cute up close and I've had the pleasure of petting a few without getting sprayed... so I wanted the white streak so I could be their new LEADER!

And yes... long ago I wanted PINK like hide... but well... gave that up after along with many other things... :(

Although I did have red streaks at one time... was a very bad job... That'll teach me to go to First Choice :P It didn't last long at all and when I complained they said they didn't have the proper dye for my type of hair... BaH!

Since we talk about X Japan allot, I wanted to know whats your favorite song? Who is your favorite band member?

What flavor of Pocky do you like the most?

Do you still eat allot of exported foods from Japan like Pocky even though your in Canada now?

What classes are you taking at your University?

What do you want to do with your life once school is over? Whats your big picture if you have one, or plains that you have made.

What was your new years resolution for 2007 if you had one? and have you kept it so far?

Did you kiss anyone on New Years?

Whats your favorite anime show if you watch it?

How many times have you fell in love? and are you in love now?

I could think of allot more to ask you but I don't want to steal all the questions away from you. Maybe I can ask you the rest once everyone else has thought off all they can ask.

Teenlink asks: Is it true that in Japan you can buy women's underwear in vending machines?

I'm from the country side, so I didn't see any of that... but I heard that you could...
Think about it, if you've been on the road and need something clean to wear... ya sure...

You just might be able to buy most anything that is carriable in a vending machine...

Angel asks (Many things... :P)
Since we talk about X Japan allot, I wanted to know whats your favorite song? Who is your favorite band member?

Whew! Hard question... Forver Love or Rose of Pain... I've become a bit of a sap in my old age :P
Favourite member is hide ofcourse!
____
What flavor of Pocky do you like the most?

Hmm... would either have to be Melon... or on of the yogurty ones... I truthfully don't buy Pocky very often.
____
Do you still eat allot of exported foods from Japan like Pocky even though your in Canada now?

In terms of sweets... OH ya :)
Meiji Strawberry Chocolate, Kasunaga(?) Gummys (melon flavour of course), and whenever I see some fresh daifuku or omochi... I'm right there :)
____
What classes are you taking at your University?

Right now I'm not in school... I actually came to Canada eariler then I was supposed to... due to money issues :P
And I would be going to a College... kinda funny... start at a College in Canada, switched to Uni in Japan and now switch to College in Canada... Long Story...
____
What do you want to do with your life once school is over? Whats your big picture if you have one, or plains that you have made.

Whew! No ideas... There is a certain American "friend" of mine that used to plague me with the same question...
Well there is a growing trend in Japan (I think that came from North America), where people go around aimlessly trying to figure out what to do in life... I think I fell into that.
____
What was your new years resolution for 2007 if you had one? and have you kept it so far?

We usually don't do those... My "Friend" was actually explainning that custom at a Japanese Highschool yesterday.
____
Did you kiss anyone on New Years?

Nopes... I stayed in the whole day... alone :(
____
Whats your favorite anime show if you watch it?

Kimagure Orange Road, City Hunter, Rurouni Kenshin... all for different reasons...
I typically don't watch the newer stuff (past 2000's), but Angel Heart seems pretty good... it's an "What If" sequal to City Hunter.
____
How many times have you fell in love? and are you in love now?

O.O I typically don't allow myself to do such things... I'm quite indecisive and doubt I'd be a very
good mate :P Hmmm... currently... I don't know... Distance is quite a problem for me.
____
How many kids do you want when you do have them?

Hmm... at least 2, probably one of each and close in age so they can get along. :)
____
Will you teach me Japanese one day?

Umm... Sure, a few helpful phrases if you'd like... I'm not a big fan of people asking me to translate random things they find because it doesn't really help them learn.
____
Whats your Chinese Zodiac sign? Your astrology sign?

I'm a Metal Monkey and a Goat.
____

I'm easy to get along with, but I don't give out the title "Friend" very easily...
I'm glad to count you as one of my friends too :)

Anonymous asks: are you a girl?

No... Are you Anonymous?
______
Celley asks: WAI R U SO FUNY

Well... Probably has to do with the same reason you are so AWESOME.

You see... When a Man and a Women love eachother... and have so much love, they pray to the stars...
Day after day... the Women becomes fatter and fatter... People say she's eating for 2... but we all know that's just because she's hungry... and that "glow" everyone speaks of? That's because all the grease she's consumed...
Reaon why she is eating so much is because she has so much Love... which can only be stopped with the help from out friend the stork...

Around 9months of eating... the stork comes with a bouncing baby... which basicaly means the women should STOP eating all the food... cause the kid is HUNGRY!

And ya... that's about it...

KAMI MAN!

Time for my questions, lets see what I can come up with here...*starts thinking*

How close are you and Angel now a days? O.o you two seem pretty tight. Your not trying to steal my girl are ya?

Whats your blood type?

Favorite animal?

Favorite food?

Favorite place to think about things?

And most importantly ( could you tell those were fillers? lol )

What do you value most in your life? What makes you wake up in the morning and continue living, whats the thing that drives you?

Thats one of the most important questions someone can ever ask a person.

Btw, I hope you could consider me your friend too, I see you as one if not only for the reason of helping my sweetheart. You are a great guy though and I'm glad I met you too.

FrouFrou asks: How close are you and Angel now a days?

I count her as a good friend...
Truth be told, I've stayed up and talked with her longer then I have my..."Friend"(?)
______
Your not trying to steal my girl are ya?

No no... I wouldn't do that...
Besides... I'm 10years her senior.
Granted, my parents have a gap like that but... ya...
Plus you guys are far away...
Granted, my "friend" is at a 14hour difference from me but... ya...
______
Whats your blood type?

A! Got some free pizza last time I donated ^^
BTW... if anyone has spent 24hrs in England prior to a visit to Japan... You won't be able to donate blood.
______
Favorite animal?

Polar Bear, BunnY, Kitten
______
Favorite food?

Hmm... toughy... in the COW section... Anything Korean!
Korean BBQ especially using HIGH PRICED Japanese beef... OH DAMN!

For Pig... Katsu... Katsudon, katsu sand, katsu curry... I'm not picky!

Fish... Salmon... smoked or raw... I like it all!
______
Favorite place to think about things?

Whew! Depends where I am... If I was back in Suzuka... either Kawage Beach, or the park by Iris... or COFFEE STOP over a nice hot plate of Katsu Curry ^^... If it was too late for either of those... Then chances are... US LAND.

Here in Toronto... I guess it would be in bed bundled within my fortress of Pillows with Mochi, Pooh-chan and now Elphy as my advisors.
______
And most importantly ( could you tell those were fillers? lol )

I had no ideas they were fillers...
Each of the previous questions could potentially tell a lot about a person... if one knew how to read it.
______
What do you value most in your life?

You mean besides my hair... and my "stuffys"? I guess it would have to be my friends... The company one keeps tells a lot about a person... We unknowingly pick up little traits from those we spend out time with... and in turn... give a little of ourselves to them...
What we give and/or recieve isn't as important as how we use 'em.
______
What makes you wake up in the morning and continue living, whats the thing that drives you?

I admit I have a lack of ambition... Currently long term goals aren't the way to go with me... I deviate... or forget...

I'd have to say the thing that makes me get out of bed everyday is... Curiousity...
What's the new day going to bring?
What am I going to learn today?
Who am I going to help out today?

Stuff like that...
______
Ofcourse I count you as one of my friends! If I didn't... I probably wouldn't give out any tips or suggestions... no... wait... I probably would... But ya...
If anything... I've been learning a few stuff out of your book ^^

As your friend... I have to say I AM a little envious... but... that's my own fault...
I make mistakes so other wont have to...

Yoshi asks: What is your best Ani-Pock moment?

That's a tough question... considering I don't really do much here... :P
Maybe 2 Octobers ago, one of my pictures that I drew (without a mouse) got honourable mention in the drawing contest in the "CUTE" section. I think I was ripped off... many people voted 1 for my picture and the number of votes on my picture greatly out weighed the number of votes that the first place picture had... but despite people voting to purposely knock my picture down... it did pretty well.
