This year the snow had to get shipped in due to the weather (Lack of snow)... Unfortunately it came very early, and there were concerns if it would last in time...
The Snow shortage has quite a few "Northerners" concerned... even those below Hokkaido... Farmers in Aomori for example...
And of course... I want snow too... I want to make a Snow Mochi! I'm glad the Festival Worked out.
