So it seems that Japan has a new taste in shoes.
It's quite literally is a work out, but if you're willing to try, then go for it!

When "Old" becomes "New"... again...
Long ago that WAS the way women would walk in Japan... for reason I can't recall...
Not on the ball of ones foot but usually on the toes...
