So where can you get all three?
How about the Itasha G Fesuta, of Odiaba, Japan!
The festival is a celebration of decorated cars, known as Itasha, which prominently feature anime characters, held in a Japanese city known for it's own odd flairs (see A-P World News Ep. 2 in the voice center).
It's like an anime con meets a car show,
